Infragentic uses a Bring-Your-Own-Database model. You provide connection strings for your own MongoDB or PostgreSQL instances per organization (org_id). We orchestrate the execution, but your data stays strictly inside your database.

No. The engine is model agnostic — you bring your own API keys (BYOK) for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or any model you choose, and pay providers directly at cost, keeping your volume discounts and complete data privacy.

Infragentic's state machine automatically transitions stuck tasks to WAITING_FOR_HUMAN or executes configurable fallback rules — for example, escalating to human staff via WhatsApp.

The Copilot runs as a native extension inside your own browser, on your real IP — no scraping servers, no headless farms. It pauses for your approval before anything sensitive. Every platform has its own terms of service, so we always respect login sessions and platform rules — and if a portal changes the rules, the agent stops and asks you instead of pushing through.

Nowhere on our servers. The Copilot works inside the browser session you already use for Facebook, Salesforce, or your ERP. Credentials stay with your browser — we never see or store them. Log out, and the agent stops until you approve a fresh session.

Spending, deleting, and sending are all gated actions. The agent must ask before any dollar moves, any record changes, or any message goes out — and you approve or reject in one tap. You can also set hard caps (for example, a $150 daily maximum) that no prompt can override.

That's up to your configuration. The agent can identify itself clearly at the start of every call — and we recommend it wherever the law requires disclosure. The goal isn't to trick your customers; it's to never miss their call.
