Privacy Policy — Infragentic

This Privacy Policy describes how Infragentic collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform ("the Service"). Our architecture is built around a core principle: your operational data stays in your own database.

1. Data Controller

Infragentic, Mérida, Yucatán, México, is the controller of the account and usage data described below. For customer data stored in your own databases, you remain the controller and Infragentic acts solely as a processor.

2. Data We Process

A. Account Data (we store)

  • Identification and contact data (name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp).
  • Billing and subscription data.
  • Platform usage metadata (task counts, API activity, logs) needed to operate and bill the Service.

B. Your Operational Data (you keep)

  • With our Bring-Your-Own-Database model, your business data (customers, orders, telemetry, documents) remains in your MongoDB or PostgreSQL instance.
  • Infragentic orchestrates execution and may temporarily read/write that database during agent runs; we do not replicate or resell it.
  • With Bring-Your-Own-Keys (BYOK), prompts sent to model providers are governed by your own agreements with those providers.

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes (required for the Service):

  • Account provisioning, authentication, and configuration.
  • Executing agent workflows, state machines, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
  • Operational notifications (email, WhatsApp) and support.
  • Billing, invoicing, and abuse prevention.

Secondary purposes (optional):

  • Product updates, newsletters, and quality surveys.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data with providers strictly necessary to operate the Service:

Model Providers

OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. — under your own BYOK agreements.

Messaging Platforms

Meta (WhatsApp API) for automated operational messages.

Cloud Infrastructure

Secure hosting for the orchestration layer (AWS/Google Cloud).

Infragentic never sells, rents, or commercializes your account data or your customers' data.

5. Retention and Security

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted within 60 days of cancellation, except where retention is required by law. All data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+), credentials are stored encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is limited to authorized engineers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, LFPDPPP, etc.) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your account data, or object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@infragentic.io and we will respond within 20 business days.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand site usage, measure conversions, and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or product changes. The current version is always published at infragentic.io/privacy-policy.
