Refund Policy — Infragentic

We want you to test Infragentic with real workloads before committing. This policy describes when refunds apply.

1. Free Plan and Trials

The Developer plan is free — no card required. The Growth plan offers a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial period and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid Growth or Enterprise subscription, email hello@infragentic.io within 14 days of your first paid invoice and we will refund 100% of that invoice — no questions asked. Limit: one refund per organization.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Integration Services: Turnkey deployments (starting at $4,000) are billed on a statement-of-work basis. Deposits are refundable until project kickoff; after kickoff, delivered milestones are non-refundable.
• Model provider costs: BYOK charges are billed directly by OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers and are outside Infragentic's control.
• Usage overages: Task overages already consumed are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@infragentic.io with the subject "Refund Request — [Organization Name]".
2. Our team reviews the request within 72 business hours.
3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
